(c)ONE EDI Portal is system for electronic data input, edit, and interchange, based on (c)ONE technology as WEB based interface available from any computer, connected to the Internet.
The system consists of three perfect tools working as one:
1. (c)ONE EDI –an environment for electronic data exchange. It is aimed for preclude doubling of data entry, it minimizes the amount of paper documents and reduces postage. (c)ONE EDI Portal helps to avoid mistakes connected with data entry and documentation transportation.
This system makes possible:
- Issue and receive invoices electronically (E-invoices).
- Trace and control the situation with invoices (and documents attached to invoices) concerning billing and payments.
- Send and receive electronic versions of various transport documents (B/L, bookings, cargo and freight manifests); electronic messages, such as arrival notes, trace and control cargo movements in warehouses and terminals.
- Keep track and schedules of various types of transport.
- Import daily currency rates to accounting program.
System supports EDIFACT / XML / PDF / Custom formats (for users) and etc. (c)ONE EDI Portal can be connected with LAPro, (с)ONE Cargo, 1C , Hansa Finance, (Hansa World), bank’s systems Hansa / Uhis / Sampo for invoices and payments exchange, also with payment system, such as PAYPAL.
2. (c)ONE CMS - content management system. This is environment where user can edit content of a web page. This system is a new CMS generation, based on WebEditor and (с)ONE technology. It includes:
- Editing and filling structure of web site.
- WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) redactor.
- On-line web-shop with different types of electronic payment.
3. (c)ONE CARGO technology enables to manage transport company dealing with goods transportation, stevedoring, and warehousing. This program allows operate with various types of cargo from containers to fuel.
The system includes:
- Trace and control cargo operations with any kind of cargo capacity.
- Rate warehousing and transportation time.
- Calculate commercial components of transport operations such as turnover, self-coast or income.
- View the history of cargo movements and transport operations on any time moment (including current).
- Possibility to fit all operations and documents with any type of activity.
- Direct connection with (с)ONE EDI Portal.
